Tier-On-Tier Plantation Shutter Gallery
Tier-on-tier Shutters are whole window coverage with two rows of shutters (one on top of another). The shutter rows are hinged separately and can be opened independently like a stable door. This allows for the top row to be open and let the light in, whilst the bottom row of shutters are closed for privacy.
